DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Processing monthly payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files Assisting with the administration of employee leave, attendance, and other HR-related tasks Providing support to the HR team with various administrative duties Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations Collaborating with the finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll and HR matters Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR payroll or administrative role Strong knowledge of payroll and HR policies, procedures, and regulations Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in the use of HR and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
