Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR payroll or administrative role Strong knowledge of payroll and HR policies, procedures, and regulations Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in the use of HR and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
