DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications using Java (Spring Boot). Collaborate in making architectural and technical decisions, ensuring solutions are aligned with scalability and extensibility requirements. Integrate and optimize databases and system components for performance and reliability. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Take initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance system performance and development efficiency. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (5+ years) as a Software Engineer, with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework. Strong understanding of system architecture, infrastructure design, and database integration. Experience with scalable and extensible system design. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
