DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop, implement, and monitor tax strategies to minimize risk and optimize tax positions while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax laws. Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.). Lead the response to audits and tax disputes; liaise with tax authorities and external advisors as required. Collaborate closely with accounting, finance, legal, and business units on tax planning, reporting, and cross-border tax issues. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations, interpret implications, and communicate these effectively to management. Establish and maintain internal tax controls, policies, and procedures. Mentor, lead, and develop a small team of tax professionals; ensure knowledge sharing and high performance.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g. Brevet A & B / USKP / CPA) are a strong plus. Minimum 3‑5 years experience in a similar role; for some companies, ≥5 years preferred. Prior experience in a multinational corporation or consulting firm is advantageous. Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws including income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, etc. Strong business English proficiency (written and spoken) is point plus Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Able to work under pressure, manage multiple deliverables, and maintain attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management skills. Placement in Juanda, Central Jakarta
