DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop Fire base solution to support client and consultant on building systems Achieve annual sales target in accordance with Company’s objectives and direction, evaluate tender estimates on secured contracts so as to employ the most cost effective means to fulfill contractual obligations. Liaise with Company’s sales personnel to ensure minimum lead time for contract execution and material ordering Supervise Retrofit sales team and be responsible of overall planning on sales activities, tendering and negotiation process, marketing, and promotional functions Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customers and meet the Company’s goal and achieve satisfactory levels of productivity, efficiency and effective results Liaise with customers and attend meetings with customers or customers’ representatives, follow up proactively on any customers’ requirement Ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive, supportive and hospitable attitude so as to develop and influence customers to maintain a long-term service relationship
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree, preferably in Mechanical / Electrical engineering Minimum 3 years' Fire product related sales experience At least 2 years at a managerial capacity for Sales Manager role Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Experienced in escorting customer trip to factory for product quality assurance test Effective project execution skill including cash flow planning and project monitoring Strong selling, influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels Independent, resourceful, strategic-thinking and able to work under pressure Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Engineer
