DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and manage the day-to-day financial and accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing processes Prepare accurate and insightful financial statements, reports, and analyses to support management decision-making Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives Develop and implement efficient financial processes and controls to enhance operational effectiveness Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing industry Fluent in English (both writting, listening & speaking) Fluent in Mandarin will be preferred Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis Proficient in the application of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver high-quality results Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and financial reporting software Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
