DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and oversee the efficient operation of multiple retail stores, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and ensure efficient stock management across all assigned stores Identify and implement strategies to improve store performance and enhance the overall customer experience Liaise with regional and head office teams to support the implementation of company-wide initiatives and policies Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations within the stores Provide timely and accurate reporting on store performance and operations
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably within the consumer electronics or telecommunications industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and operations planning Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure Familiarity with retail KPIs and the ability to analyze and report on store performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
