DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs related to mobile & web application functionality
Interview and meeting with users to understand business processes and pain points.
Translate business requirement into user stories, functional specification document, wireframes and process flow diagrams.
Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors.
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
Keep abreast of mobile & web technology trends, app design best practices, and performance optimization.
Coordinate with IT regarding system integration with other systems
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are documented and resolved.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in IT or digital projects from Insurance / Banking Industry
