DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collect, clean, and maintain internal company data for accuracy and consistency. Process and organize large datasets to support reporting and decision-making. Create and update Excel reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Assist in analyzing data trends and presenting findings to relevant teams. Support the Marketing and Operations teams with data-related requests. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information. Proactively suggest improvements for data management processes.
REQUIREMENT

Final-year university student or fresh graduate (no remaining coursework is acceptable). Background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other science/quantitative-related majors. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools). Basic understanding of data management and reporting. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
