Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable sales plans across channels and regions.
Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive growth.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and motivate the national sales team to foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.
Implement structured training programs to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and market understanding.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
3. Market & Business Insights
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
Use data analytics to identify trends, track progress, and optimize sales performance.
4. Key Account & Distributor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
Negotiate strategic agreements and ensure excellent execution of joint business plans.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure integrated go-to-market execution. Provide market feedback to guide product innovation and promotional strategies.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG / Mobile Phone / Mobile Accessories, with at least 3 years in a national or regional leadership role.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia
