DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Overall Project Lead – responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of implementation phase Maintain overall project timeline, cost, and resource Manage dependencies to other BAU initiatives for core & surrounding system (alignment with BAU) Responsible to manage PMO team’s activities & deliverables to facilitate smooth project management Understand and report on overall project status and progress, risk/issue from all workstream
REQUIREMENT

Understanding all project scope (objective, timeline, cost, resource deliverable) Leadership skill for decision making and support to achieve project objectives Strong organizational skills in planning timelines, resources, and tasks efficiently, ensuring projects stay on track Problem solving to identify issues, analyze their root causes, and develop solutions for overcoming obstacles during the project. Understanding and managing project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively is key to delivering projects within financial constraints.
