REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years in parts sales, preferably within the agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment industry. Familiarity with agricultural machinery and parts, especially John Deere equipment, is highly advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to manage orders accurately and maintain organized records. Capable of understanding and meeting diverse customer needs with appropriate parts solutions. Works well with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless experience for customers. Flexible to travel anywhere to meet clients and attend industry events. Has a type A or C driving license; own vehicle is a plus Preferably a local resident. PT.
