DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and perform routine maintenance of company servers, networks, and IT systems. • Handle and resolve system incidents or disruptions promptly and effectively, whether related to hardware or software issues. • Install, configure, and update software and hardware. • Provide technical support to internal users regarding IT-related issues. • Perform regular data backups and recovery. • Coordinate with vendors or third parties regarding IT services (if needed). • Enhance IT security by ensuring antivirus, firewalls, and security patches are regularly updated to prevent data breaches, cyberattacks, malware, phishing, or unauthorized access attempts. • Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects according to company needs, such as new system/application deployments for customers, data migration, or system upgrades. • Develop user policies regarding the use of IT equipment. • Prepare and manage technical documentation, including SOPs and system user manuals, and create IT incident reports (troubleshooting logs) as well as IT asset inventories (hardware & software).
REQUIREMENT

• Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations. • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and authentication systems. • Understanding of backup & recovery concepts, cloud computing, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) is a plus. • Able to work independently as well as in a team, and capable of working under pressure. • Communicative, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. • Maximum age of 35 years old. • Good knowledge of PC hardware & software troubleshooting. • Strong knowledge of both hardware and software. • Dynamic, confident, self-starter, and a strong team player. • Passionate, proactive, and results-oriented.
