DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Enter data on non-purchase parts (NIP) for PR creation by the requisitioner. Create and send POs to supervisor and Finance-Accounting to ensure that purchase orders are properly documented. Follow up and confirm the delivery time of goods or services by external providers to ensure that deliveries are received on time by the relevant departments. Grouping, organizing, and archiving data from the Purchasing Division to facilitate data retrieval when needed.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Diploma Degree (D1-D3) of any major Min. 1 year experience is preferable Min. GPA = 3,00 Strong administration skills, detail, and accurate Fresh graduate and final year college students are welcome
