DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop Test Plans, Requirements, Test Cases, Test Steps, Defects, and Test Executions (functional and non-functional) using Test Management tools. Conduct SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing. Perform testing related to application enhancements, improvements, or bug fixes. Document and maintain a detailed defect/bug list. Provide remedial actions for identified issues in systems/applications under testing. Prepare comprehensive documentation for each testing activity executed. Ensure all project requirements are delivered within the defined scope, validated through test scripts and testing reports. Design and perform performance tests. Validate that data entered in the Front-End is consistent with AS400 results for both transactional and non-transactional testing.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Physics or IT-related fields such as Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or Information Technology. Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the banking industry. Hands-on experience in Digital Banking Channels. Proficiency in using test management tools, performance testing tools, and automation tools. Good understanding of banking business processes, particularly digital products. Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail. Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile). Familiarity with FSD and TSD documentation. Up-to-date knowledge of current technologies and practices. Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills.
