DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support on develop testing scenarios (test cases) for usability testing Execute all the test case (UAT) and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect. Including doing regression testing every time when changes are made to the app/surrounding system to fix defects. Supporting all SnD platform operational issue handling activities. Updating test lead and project manager regularly about the progress of testing activities. Daily/weekly/monthly or evenly reporting Create a new performance test to ensure that system is working properly under certain stress condition Create a high level security testing and validation from technical perspective to ensure that the system is secured
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience as an IT Quality Assurance Tester or similar role, preferably within the software/technology industry/telco industry Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, testing frameworks and software development life cycles Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test plans, test cases and test reports Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
