DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform network hardware installation (router, switch, firewall) Perform installation and configuration of network devices according to information system requirements Coordinate with clients to resolve various issues from a technical perspective. Escalate technical issues to the technical team leader as appropriate. Guide and communicate with clients to resolve network issues. Perform maintenance of network hardware and software running in internal offices and on clients. Updating network topology and creating maintenance reports. Act as the first line (first level) when a problem occurs.
REQUIREMENT

D3/S1 Education in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering Able to install network hardware Understanding networking concepts, TCP/IP Have a network competency certification (CCNA, JNCIA or equivalent)
