DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Provide market insight and talent strategy recommendations to clients. Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Achieve individual and team KPIs related to placements, revenue, and activity. Deliver exceptional client and candidate experience through professional communication and support. Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments.
REQUIREMENT

1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or sales. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
