DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the preparation and timely submission of all Indonesian tax filings, including Corporate Income Tax, Value-Added Tax (VAT), withholding taxes, and other applicable taxes. Manage inquiries, audits, and assessments from the Indonesian Tax Authorities, including negotiating settlements and resolving disputes when necessary. Stay current with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates to ensure compliance. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all tax-related records. Reconcile submitted tax returns with accounting reports to ensure consistency and accuracy. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal finance and accounting teams, as well as external tax advisors. Demonstrate expertise in Coretax, e-SPT, and e-Faktur platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, accounting, and operations teams to ensure tax implications are considered in key business decisions.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Tax Specialist, Tax Staff, or Tax Consultant. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and international tax aspects. Proven experience in tax compliance, tax planning, and handling tax audits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tax software is a plus. Possession of Indonesian Brevet A and B certifications is highly preferred
