DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable Panasonic products Maintain and develop strong relationships with Dealer to ensure our products are prominently displayed and readily available Actively participate in sales promotions, product demonstrations and other marketing activities to drive brand awareness and product sales Make dealing with dealers to sell IAQ products (Air Purifier, Dish dryer, Fan & Ventilation, Waterpump & Water Purification System) Responsible to get PO & A/R Collection from dealers Develop new dealers & expand business for existing dealers Monitoring in-front display store, mobile promotor & in store promotor to enhance dealer sell-out & product promotion & branding
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and retail partners Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales Excellent skill to make analyst data with MS Office and SAP System Experience as Sales in Electronic Industry or Consumer Goods Target Oriented, Pro active and have good initiative as team work Having SIM A
