DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with teams to understand business processes and ensure Odoo modules meet requirements. Conduct rigorous manual/automation testing (30%) on Odoo modules (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Manufacturing, Sales) to ensure reliability and identify areas for improvement. Perform development tasks (70%) to customize and enhance Odoo modules based on evolving business needs. Maintain and optimize Odoo modules, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility across various business functions. Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and conduct root cause analyses to improve overall system functionality. Document testing processes, code changes, and module configurations for clarity and ease of future updates. Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and functionality to apply relevant updates or enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Odoo modules align with broader company objectives and processes.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Accounts Receivable, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR. Experience in testing (30%) and developing (70%) Odoo modules to ensure functionality, reliability, and alignment with business requirements. Proficiency in Python and XML as they pertain to Odoo module customization. Familiarity with PostgreSQL for managing Odoo databases. Solid understanding of Odoo framework architecture, ORM, and Odoo-specific development best practices. Ability to adapt to new features, modules, and company-specific product requirements. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and improve module performance. Relevant certifications in Odoo or related technologies are a plus, along with a portfolio showcasing past Odoo projects or modules.
