DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage the IT support team to ensure timely and effective technical support. Develop and implement IT support policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor system performance and ensure the security, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure (laptops, network, IP Phone, Printer, CCTV, internal application, etc) Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions. Oversee IT helpdesk operations, including ticket management and user satisfaction.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience 5+ years in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisor/managerial position. Strong knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft, Linux, Network, Security, Programming Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
