DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee daily finance and accounting activities. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with regulations. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions. Maintain internal controls and safeguard company assets. Oversee tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT, etc.). Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulators. Lead and develop the finance team. Support cost efficiency and risk management initiatives.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior finance role. Strong knowledge of financial standards, tax regulations, and compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
