DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist the Finance Manager in managing and controlling the company’s daily cash flow Liaise with partner banks regarding day-to-day transactions, banking administration, and foreign exchange (forex) dealings Prepare and reconcile daily cash flow reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of fund movements Coordinate with various internal departments to gather payment requirements and ensure efficient cash utilization Collaborate effectively across departments and functions to support financial operations and resolve issues in a timely manner Analyze financial and operational data to support managerial decision-making Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance financial efficiency and control Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of finance procedures, workflows, and treasury systems Supervise daily treasury operations and ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in treasury or cash management Proven experience in interacting with banks, especially in forex transactions and banking services Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced-level Excel Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights Demonstrated experience in leading a team and collaborating across departments and functions High attention to detail, strong integrity, and excellent communication skills Candidates with experience in multifinance or fintech industries are strongly preferred Proactive personality with a strong drive for continuous improvement in processes and systems
