DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree 2. You have at least 2 years experience 3. Must have basic knowledge of a recruitment process 4. Having knowledge and familiarity with HRIS 5. Having knowledge and familiarity with HR Policies and Labor law is a plus 6. Having experiences with General Affairs Job 7. Detail & target oriented 8. Understand registration flow of BPJS Health and Employment 9. Understand the creation of KPIs in all divisions (SOP, Organizational structure, Job Desc, Skill Matrix, Training, etc) 10. Good in Team Work, Communication and Target 11. Must have basic MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word) 12. Multi-tasking orientation and able to handle variative jobs 13. Having good interpersonal skills, professional manners, consistent, and initiative 14. Must have a SKCK 15. Can join as soon as possible
