DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Human Resources (HR) Duties:
Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment logistics.
Maintain applicant databases and update recruitment trackers.
Employee Administration
Manage employee data and files (attendance, leave, personal data, contracts, etc.).
Assist in processing employee entry, transfer, and exit procedures.
Payroll & Benefits Support
Collect attendance data and support monthly payroll preparation.
Handle BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) and other employee benefit administration.
Support for Training & Development
Coordinate internal and external training activities.
Maintain training records and certificates.
Employee Relations
Support employee engagement programs and events.
Help resolve basic employee inquiries and concerns.
General Affairs (GA) Duties:
Office Facility Management
Monitor office supplies, cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs.
Coordinate with vendors for office services (e.g., cleaning, repairs, stationery).
Asset & Inventory Management
Track company assets and office equipment.
Ensure proper asset distribution and documentation.
Company Legal & Licensing Support
Assist in maintaining and renewing permits, company licenses, and other compliance documents.
Support coordination with government offices or regulatory bodies.
Transportation & Accommodation
Arrange business travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff if needed.
Coordinate company driver schedules or vehicle use.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years in HR, GA, or administrative roles is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong administrative and organizational skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of HR functions and local labor regulations. Computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS systems, etc.). Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team. Other: Honest, proactive, and detail-oriented. Able to maintain confidentiality. Familiar with BPJS administration and GA processes is an advantage. Willing to work from Monday - Saturday.
