DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide IT Technical Support to our Indonesia Office. Be the primary IT support Analyst for our Indonesia Office. Provide continuous coverage for the Indonesia IT Service Desk Fresh Service Ticket, Incident Queue and Phone Requests in accordance with Domino’s standards. Field incoming IT requests and provide, telephone, email, and remote support to customers (end users). Record, track, and document ALL the service request activity in the Incident Management System (Freshdesk) Provide friendly and consistent service, providing customers with updates and resolution on issues. Manage service calls and repairs for computers and printers. Participate in the determination of time phasing implementation for laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. (i.e. Planning and replacing the oldest devices in a timely manner) Ensure all hardware (machines) follow Domino Global standards. (hardware, software, policies, etc) Ensure all hardware (machines) are onboarded Microsoft Intune. Provide training for new hires when you give them their new machine on the operation of their computer, applications, wireless access, SharePoint, Domino AnyConnect VPN and Domino policies and procedures. (ie. Enter a Fresh Service Ticket or Fresh Service Incident) Perform at least annual training and information sessions for all employees to ask questions and understand what Global IT is doing for them. Installation of other software on customer computers as required. Perform other PC, Software or hardware focussed duties as required. Ensure departure procedure is followed in a timely manner (within 2 weeks) of a departure to release their licenses. Report any suspicious behaviour or security incidents immediately to the Global/Group Security Team Participate/communicate with the Global/Group IT Team Support and promote the Domino IT Global/Group Security training. Perform network administration.
REQUIREMENT

High School Diploma or equivalent 0-5 years experience working in an IT related role Excellent computer skills, including troubleshooting Must have solid skills working with Microsoft Windows 11, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint. Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. fax, copier, scanner, etc.) Must be a self-starter who is organized and can handle multiple projects and deadlines Must be willing to go above and beyond Ability to communicate accurately and concisely Exceptional customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Present a cooperative and pleasant demeanor, helping to foster a can-do attitude among staff and coworkers CompTIA Network + certification will be required within 1 year of employment if not already achieved. Must be fluent in English as well as local language. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be an independent worker. Have a strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting skills of Microsoft Windows 11, Local Area Networking (LAN), Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint. Microsoft Certified Professional and/or Network +, Security+ certification is a plus.
