DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Infrastructure and Software Development Support: Contribute to cloud architecture and application design. Provision resources to stakeholders when instructed. Provide first-level technical support. Escalating to vendors or higher support tiers when required. Monitor infrastructure performance and functionality to proactively detect and address potential issues. Collaborate with development teams to report and resolve recurring issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Oversee application development and operations. Coordinating with developer to ensure timely execution of software maintenance and integrity of backups. Maintain detailed records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports for internal departments or management. 2. Collaboration and User Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and operations, to enhance infrastructure and application functionality. Conduct training sessions and develop user-friendly guides to help end-users effectively operate hardware and related systems. Empower users with the knowledge to maximize productivity while minimizing technical support needs. 3. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation related to hardware configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and known issues. Create and update support documentation for internal use and end-users. 4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing user concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure a prominent level of customer satisfaction and user experience.
REQUIREMENT

● At least Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ● At least TWO (2) years of experience as an IT Analyst or software developer, ideally in a product or operations-focused environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. ● Strong knowledge of software development processes, tools, environments, and experience with troubleshooting, IT operations, and supporting product development teams or R&D departments. ● Basic understanding of networking, system security, user management, and cloud platforms (Tencent, AWS, Azure, GCP), along with experience using version control systems (e.g., Git). ● Proven experience in IT administration and support roles. ● Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure. ● Prefer with AI experienced. ● Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols. ● Project management skills and experience managing IT projects. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Relevant certifications in IT support, networking, or cloud platforms are a plus. ● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
