DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Build relationships with industry experts, academics, or internal consultants. Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand the specific challenges and development goals of each client's executives Tailor existing programs or develop entirely new ones to ensure maximum impact based on client needs Craft proposals for clients and supporting the sales team in presenting the value proposition of the solutions. Identify development areas relevant to current market trends and client needs. Keep abreast of the latest theories, best practices, and industry challenges for crafting effective programs. Work with marketing team to create a strong brand identity and highlights the unique value proposition of the solutions.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in business administration, management, marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field from reputable universities Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, business expansion, and sales Have an experience in digital advertising or Media Have a strong credibility in demonstrating strategic sales, tailored proposal creation, and exceeding revenue targets Exceptional Public speaking, Client Relationship, and Leadership skills Proficiency in English language Position for Uzone.id (Media Metranet)
