DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for overall supply chain coordination and management, conducting in-depth analysis of procurement needs, developing scientific and reasonable procurement plans, and promoting their execution;
Developing, maintaining, and evaluating supplier resources, establishing long-term and stable partnerships, and ensuring that purchased products are competitive in terms of quality, price, and delivery time;
Tracking the execution of purchase orders and coordinating and resolving any issues arising during the procurement process to ensure a smooth procurement process;
Maintaining close communication with relevant internal departments (such as Production, Quality, Warehousing, and Finance) to ensure timely material supply and accurate information;
Conducting regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends and actively exploring high-quality procurement channels and new supplier resources;
Assisting with cost control and budget management tasks, continuously optimizing procurement processes, and improving overall procurement efficiency and performance;
Maintaining good communication with headquarters and international procurement teams to ensure timely information dissemination and consistent execution.
REQUIREMENT
Native Indonesian speaker, fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), and excellent communication skills are essential;
Experience in procurement or supply chain work is a plus;
Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, able to find optimal solutions that balance the interests of multiple parties;
Basic market insights and data analysis skills, enabling rapid adjustments to procurement strategies based on market changes;
Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment;
Familiarity with procurement processes and experience with ERP systems is preferred.
