DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop, enhance, and maintain banking applications using Java technologies (Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Write and optimize database queries to support complex banking transactions.
Ensure applications are reliable, secure, and comply with banking industry standards.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for production and development environments.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in development.
Support testing phases (unit test, integration, UAT) to ensure application quality and performance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to system design and development.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
1–4 years of experience as a Java Developer.
Previous experience in banking/financial industry projects is a strong plus.
Strong knowledge of Java programming language.
Understanding of relational databases and ability to write efficient queries.
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills (preferred for intermediate level).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
