DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Prepare recruitment reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Beauty Industry is a plus point Fluent in english Familiar with various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
