DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and develop the project market (B2B, construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.) Identify new client prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Develop and implement marketing strategies for projects to achieve sales targets Coordinate and negotiate with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders Prepare project proposals, contract agreements, and other project-related documentation Monitor and oversee project execution from start to finish (end-to-end project handling) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in project sales & marketing, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, or construction industries Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with a high level of initiative Familiarity with the tender process and procurement regulations (bonus if familiar with government e-procurement) Able to work independently as well as within a team Willingness to travel for business trips and client visit
