DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Based in Jakarta. Responsible for sales to pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia. Managing product development and leading a team to achieve targets. Maintain good customer relationships, conduct market research, and collect market intelligence to formulate strategies for business growth. Regular sales reporting, pipeline management.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Chemistry or related fields. At least 7 years of working experience in sales of pharmaceutical chemicals. Technical service experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be beneficial. Knowledge in multiple drug categories will be an additional value Leadership experience will be beneficial Regional product management and reporting will be highly considered Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work as part of a team. Fluency in both written & spoken (English). Driving license Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Words/Excel/PowerPoint. AvantChem is a specialty chemical distribution company which is rapidly growing in Indonesia and in Southeast Asia. Due to the expansion of our sales, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to be part of our growing team in Indonesia.
