DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Leading a team to close monthly financial statements to ensure completeness and accuracy of the financial statements Prepare monthly consolidation for the region and/or business line Complete all group reporting requirements on a timely manner Provide meaningful analytics on business performance on a monthly basis against budget or forecast Prepare monthly business financial performance review slides Work with other functions managers to understand business directions in order to lead forecast and annual budgeting exercise Manage statutory audit
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree (or above) in accounting or equivalent Between 7-10 years of experience in accounting field Accreditation in Accountancy or CPA certification is an advantage Experience in management reporting, management presentation and budget and forecasting exercise is a must Prior relevant work experience with multi-national company with a few years in big firms when starting a career Strong analytical thinker, detail-oriented and have track record to work with operation team and other department, outside of finance department Proficient in all major Microsoft applications; prior experience in Sun, Oracle and/or Cognos are considered an advantage Good communication in English both oral and writing
