DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform snd level desktop support for windows 10/11 as required Provide technical mentoring for 1st level desktop support team members Execute routine patching and maintenance of windows system provide recommendations for the improvement of Standard Operating Procedures Update and track user issues using Helpdesk ticketing system Maintain system documentation, tune system performance and installing System software
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor Degree Having min 3-5 years experiences in deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop technologies Excellent knowledge and experience with Active Directory and implementation Demonstrate good planning skills by ensuring the appropriate scheduling of resources including equipment and supplies Ability to communicate with expat employees (speak and write English) is essential Have Microsoft certification in Windows 10 or 11 will be an advantage Experience administering Microsoft 365, Onedrive and network sharing folder ITIL experience and certification will be an advantage Experience with switching and network products (Cisco, Dell, Mikrotik, Unifi) Experience with IP PBX (Avaya, Cisco or Sangoma)
