REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Certifications in training and development (e.g., Train the Trainer or similar programs) would be an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience as L&D or Training Managert, particularly in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry. Proven experience in professional kitchen management, with a solid understanding of cooking processes, kitchen management, and food safety procedures. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing training programs related to kitchen operations and restaurant services. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom-based training effectively, including both technical skills (e.g., cooking methods and recipes) and non-technical skills (e.g., leadership and customer service). Ability to develop training materials related to food products (recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation standards) as well as behavioral training (e.g., service, leadership, and communication). Skilled in performance evaluation and employee needs analysis to identify specific training requirements. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other software tools used for training delivery and management.
