Assigning responsibilities to production employees Supervising and monitoring employees Conducting reviews for personnel performance Compiling production records Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly Preparing works schedules Ensuring production plans are completed in time
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering or similar field Fluent and active English communication skills (Spoken & written) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,etc) Experienced in working in a factory / production environment Strong leadership and coordination skills Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines
