DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan and establish effective territory call cycle and objectives. Report competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management. Manage expenses to maximize profitability. Present specialized sales calls using professional sales and negotiation skills. Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and distributors. Cooperate with team members to improve efficiency and implement promotional campaigns. Support overall business unit objectives and perform special projects as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or biotechnology Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in sales force management, preferably with an MNC; with self paid experience is a great plus Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail Ability to manage budgets and execute marketing plans Reports to: Key Account and Sales Manager Location: Taipei, Taiwan AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
