REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields. At least 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales, or Customer Success. Ability to effectively explain technology solutions to non-technical clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of B2B sales processes and digital project implementation workflows. Familiarity with AI tools. Background in fintech, martech, enterprise services, or software sales. Experienced in interacting with C-suite executives (C-level, Directors, VPs). Fluent in both Indonesian and English, verbal and written. Problem-solver mindset, proactive, and solution-oriented. Capable of analyzing data and making insight-driven decisions.
