DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and coach a team of 3 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive market growth. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for infusion pumps and related consumables. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and key decision-makers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and technical teams.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or hospital sales. Proven leadership and coaching skills with experience managing sales teams. Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and clinical environments. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Results-driven, strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
