DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Client Meetings & Requirement Gathering Meet clients together with the sales team to understand strategic business and technical needs. Conduct technical discussions with client IT teams and business stakeholders. Gather requirements and document existing systems. Identify opportunities for AI implementation in client business processes. Analyze gaps between current conditions and desired AI solutions. 2. Technical Analysis & Documentation Analyze client data and systems to determine suitable solutions. Create requirement documentation and technical specifications. Collaborate with developers to design solutions. Analyze historical data for machine learning recommendations. Model business processes (as-is and to-be) with AI optimization. 3. Deliverables Business Requirement Document (BRD) Functional Specification Document (FSD) Technical Specification Document (TSD) System Integration Document (SID) User Stories and Use Cases Data Flow Diagram and System Architecture API Documentation and Database Schema User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plan Implementation Timeline and Project Plan Training Materials for end users 4. Communication Explain technical solutions to clients in simple terms. Prepare presentations and demos for client stakeholders. Serve as the liaison between technical teams and clients. 5. Project Support & Monitoring Monitor solution implementation progress and KPI performance. Assist in testing and quality assurance (UAT). Provide training to client users. Act as first-level support for live AI applications. Monitor and evaluate implementation results for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENT

1. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst. Experience working with enterprise clients. Experience collaborating with Data Scientists or AI Engineers. Proven track record in data analysis and growth initiatives. 2. Technical Skills Understanding of AI and Machine Learning fundamentals. Proficient in Python and SQL programming. Familiar with databases and APIs. Experienced with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Skilled in creating technical and business documentation. Experienced with documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence). Familiar with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. 3. Communication & Leadership Proficient in English (verbal and written). Able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Comfortable with client presentations and meetings. Willing to travel for client visits. Strong leadership in cross-team discussions. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Skilled in negotiating technical scopes with clients. 4. Preferred Qualifications Experience in AI/ML project implementation. Background in automotive, finance, or manufacturing industries. Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA). Familiarity with AI/ML tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Basic Python skills for AI development. Experience in project and stakeholder management.
