DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Correspond with clients regarding payment inquiries through email. Investigate and resolve payout-related issues in collaboration with other teams involved Review and validate supporting documents for payment complaints. Review damage claims submitted by clients and handle related correspondence. Submit claim issues to third-party insurance providers for property damage coverage. Monitor open cases and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs. Escalate complex issues to the PIC or Manager when necessary. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for tracking resolutions. Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective case closure.
REQUIREMENT

Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics/Accounting/ Finance Must be good in spoken and written English (will use English on a daily basis) Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Google Apps for Work especially Google Docs and Google Sheets Willing to learn to use new software or tools (example: CRM) Accounting experience is a must Auditing experience is a must Experienced in the hospitality industry, bank or insurance company is a plus Must be willing to work on weekend shift (5 days of work, with 2 days off) and holidays when needed Good communication, strong analytical thinking, work well in a team, trustworthy, able to take initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines Detail-oriented Critical thinking is essential for this position
