DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Assists the wireless optimization manager in formulating the main network optimization plan.
2. Reviews the subcontractor's wireless optimization test plan and evaluation report.
3. Reviews wireless optimization solutions, and analyzes and handles network optimization problems.
4. Monitors the wireless optimization effect of subcontractors.
5. Implements wireless optimization.
6. Optimizes wireless coverage and improves network indicators and coverage in accordance with drive test results.
7. Formulates and implements network optimization solutions in accordance with user complaints and coverage problems reported by customers.
8. Optimizes network coverage and improves network indicators and coverage in accordance with drive test results.
9. Formulates and implements network optimization solutions in accordance with user complaints and coverage problems reported by customers.
REQUIREMENT
1. Have wireless optimization work experiences (project scale should be more than 1000+ sites) and minimum of 5 years experience within the industry. Huawei/Ericsson/ZTE work experiences are preferred.
2. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
3. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Computer technology /Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
