DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Contribute to develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, including those related to distribution, storage, and inventory management. Identify, analyze and document aspects of the organizations system and processes that not comply with regulations, laws, and standards or do not comply with the organizations policies and operating procedures. Prepare comprehensive audit reports that clearly communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to management. Assist in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Monitor the follow-up of audit findings Collaborate with various departments to optimize business processes
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the healthcare industry. Have a comprehensive knowledge about SOP/Business Process, Risk Management, Stock Opname and Fraud Analysis is a must Possess Good personality and interpersonal skill with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point) Ability to develop documents, including SOPs and audit reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to travel
