DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications
Provide working tools (laptop, pc, router, access point, mail account, software installation) for employees
Maintain working tools for employees
Keep internet & connection uptime
Provide email and credentials for several software accounts needed.
Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems
Troubleshoot and fix problem in working equipment
Hardware replacement
Software / Applications installation
Keep internet / network availability
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
Create and maintain up to date documentation
Provide reports to evaluation and improvement plan
Provide office access and securing working area for employees
Provide access card for accessing workplace
Provide email and credential needed for all employees
Monitor working area with CCTV
Provide private and secure access for remote working from out of the office.
REQUIREMENT
Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) - Min have experience in project related with IT in degree / formal education
Min 3 years studying or experienced working with several operating system
Min has experience in networking equipment with network equipment like Mikrotik, router, switch, access
Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) is a must.
