DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The sale of products or services to customers in other countries, develop knowledge of the cultural, business and political background of the countries you are responsible for, together with an understanding of consumer tastes and also look for new opportunities to sell to different international markets. Build up and maintain good relationships with customers, agents and distributors. To do this, you'll negotiate with them (often in a foreign language) to try to make a sale. Carefully monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule. When the product has finally been delivered, you might have to deal with any complaints or queries that occur
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Bio Chemical Engineering or Food Technology. At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience as Export Sales or B2B Sales in the food ingredients manufacturing industry is required for this position. Fresh Graduates from Bio Chemical Engineering, Food Technology are welcome to apply. Skill(s) required: Export Procedure, Export Shipment Documentation, International Trading, SAP, ERP, Sales & Business Development Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Fluently communicate in English IS A MUST (Proven with TOEIC / TOEFL Certificate) Establish new and maintain existing customer Manage and interpreting customer needs of Food Ingredients Products (Corn Starch, Sweetener, Amino Acid) Good communication and presentation skills Target oriented Young and Smart candidates. Willing to be based in Jakarta Head Office or Driyorejo Factory (based on company's regulation) All recruitment process will be conduct offline. Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers Liaise with factory to check the progress of existing orders Record sales and order information and sending copies to Directors, or entering figures into a computer system Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations Feed future buying trends back to employers Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
