DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain control and overseeing the financial operations and AR functions within the region
Managing finance team and ensuring efficient financial processes, accurate accounting and timely collection of outstanding invoices
Develop, implement and monitor financial strategies and budgets for the region & analyze financial data to identify areas for costs optimization and revenue growth
Supervise and lead AR team, providing guidance and resolving overdue accounts
Accurate & timely financial reports for the region
Establish and maintain strong relationship with key customers and resolve financial disputes or issues
Prepare a variety of ad hoc financial scenarios as requested mitigate financial and credit risk through
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor in Accounting or Finance degree
Have an experience min. 5 years as Finance Manager in FMCG company (FMCG distribution is preferred)
High familiarity and skill in SAP Module
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities
