DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and ensure collections are made in a timely manner Reconcile customer accounts and ensure all payments are properly applied to the correct accounts Communicate with customers regarding billing issues and discrepancies, resolve issues efficiently
REQUIREMENT

Min Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent (Master Degree will be an advantage), min GPA 3,00 Having experiences min 2 years as Collection Staff/Account Receivable Staff Strong analytical abd problem solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
