DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Moomin Shop's products and services Managing and maintaining the company's social media channels, creating engaging content to attract and retain customers Assisting with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities Analysing sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience Assisting in ad-hoc projects and prepare monthly performance reports
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work well under pressure Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools Creative and analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for the Moomin brand
