DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials and services. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs. Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with company standards. Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and operational goals. Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to strategic procurement planning. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree. Business level English. At least 5 years experience as purchasing with importing from abroad in Japanese Trading/ manufacturing/ automation/ machinery industry. Have a knowledge about import. Deep understanding of concept for Ho-Ren-So.
